Pre-handover Inspection Report:
Carry out a detailed inspection of your property, identifying all visual defects and faults that need to be rectified by the developer.
Check-in / Check-out Report:
Carry out a property inspection when lease starts/ends in order to record the condition of the unit; and handover or collect elements such as keys and access cards between tenant/landlord.
Title Deed Registration:
Liaise with the developer and Dubai Land Department to obtain your property title deeds.
New property handover and Key Collection:
Complete the property handover process with the developer including collection of keys, access cards and documents.
Arrange for notarized legal notice to be sent to tenants in accordance with the governing law.
